Reviving the soul :Yoga classes in AIPS help students to fight against stress and anxiety. “The intervention improved psychosocial and emotional quality of life scores for students, as compared to their peers who received standard care.  Yoga as Exercise is a physical activity consisting largely of asanas, often connected by flowing sequences called vinyas, sometimes accompanied by the breathing exercises of pranayama, and usually ending with a period of relaxation or meditation. Our students are excellent in yogaasanas and also won many moments from inter schools and organisations.
